Challenge: The world’s leading provider of visual storytelling tools for the media industry, introduced a cutting-edge, on-air weather graphics alert system just prior to the largest U.S. broadcast trade show. As a company new to products like this and with no ad dollars to generate broad awareness, they needed an innovative and inexpensive way to encourage trade show attendees to make appointments to view a demonstration?
Solution: We identified two distinct targets Vizrt needed to attract – broadcast station decision makers and weather influencers. We integrated messaging that spoke to the individual needs of each target in an outbound sales campaign that, through multiple pre- and post-event touch points via email and phone calls, highlighted product benefits and attributes.
