Challenge: A provider of critical weather intelligence wanted help structuring an inside sales team to sell into public safety market
Solution: We started our work from the ground and built upward, providing job descriptions, interview questions, and hiring guidelines. On-boarding materials were created, and a sales rep boot camp created. Other elements included a sales playbook, inbound and outbound cadence [emails, phone scripts, social media guidelines], Salesforce integration, value proposition presentation, customer service training, and sales management/executive consultation.
